2. Shipping & Compliance

Wine shipments are subject to state laws and regulations. We ship only to states where permitted.

Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or compliance regulations are outside our control.

If delivery is refused or unsuccessful due to age verification or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

3. Wine Club Terms

By joining a Bosma wine club, you authorize recurring charges according to the membership level selected.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and shipping information.

Cancellation policies:

• Subscription-based memberships may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

• Allocation-based clubs require cancellation prior to processing dates.

• Funds applied to accounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Specific benefits and allocation schedules are governed by the terms presented at signup.

4. Returns & Damaged Goods

We do not accept returns. Contact us for a replacement if you notice:

• Corked or flawed bottles

• Shipping damage

Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

5. Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Bosma Estate Winery.

We reserve the right to modify event details if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, labels, and artwork, is the property of Bosma Estate Winery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bosma Estate Winery is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of this website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
