Bosma Estate Winery (“Bosma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit bosmawine.com, purchase wine, join our wine club, attend events, or otherwise interact with us.

When you make a purchase, join a wine club, create an account, book a tasting, purchase event tickets, sign up for email updates, or contact us, we may collect:

• Wine club membership details

Payment information is processed securely by third-party ecommerce and payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

This information may be collected through cookies, analytics, advertising tools, and embedded services, as described below.

2. Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Connected services include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Mailchimp for email marketing and signup features, Google Maps for location information, and OrderPort for our online store and wine club. Some providers also process information under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to support website functions, and optional cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising.

You can select Accept all, Decline all, or Manage cookies in our cookie banner. Reopen Cookie Preferences to change your choices for Performance and Analytics or Advertising. Essential cookies remain enabled.

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site. Its optional analytics cookies follow your Performance and Analytics choice through Squarespace’s consent integration. Meta Pixel supports advertising measurement and audiences, and follows your Advertising choice. These services may receive information about your device and activity, such as pages visited.

Mailchimp supports our email updates and signup features. Its optional connected-site script loads only after you allow Advertising cookies. Signing up for emails is a separate choice, and you can unsubscribe using the link in our emails.

Our Visit and Contact pages include Google Maps. Loading these maps connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The embedded maps are not disabled by our Squarespace cookie banner. Google’s handling of this information is described in its Privacy Policy.

Our online store and wine club are hosted separately by OrderPort. The store uses Google Analytics to understand shopping activity and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance. Cookie choices made on bosmawine.com do not apply to the OrderPort store. The store currently displays a cookie notice without separate options to accept or reject optional tracking, and analytics may run before you acknowledge that notice. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect store features.

You can also use your browser’s cookie controls. Changing cookie settings may affect some site features.

Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

6. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may send updates about wine releases, events, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

Transactional communications related to orders or memberships may still be sent.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to:

When no longer required, information is securely deleted or anonymized.
