Overview
Spend the day at Bosma with a chef-led open fire grilling class and a vineyard dinner you’ll remember.
Chef Shawn Niles of The Fat Pastor, known from MasterChef and Netflix’s Best Leftovers Ever, and his son Asher, a MasterChef Junior alum, will lead the grilling demonstration before guests settle in for a picnic-style dinner in the vines.
Guests who join for the class will learn open fire grilling techniques, practical tips, and flavor ideas they can bring back to their own grill. After the demonstration, we’ll gather for a summer dinner featuring grilled meats, seasonal sides, and a glass of Bosma wine.

Dinner Only guests will arrive later for the picnic-style dinner in the vineyard.
