Overview
Founders Dinner at Bosma is a seated, four-course vineyard dinner featuring chef Shawn Niles, aka The Fat Pastor.
A Yakima-based chef and MasterChef Season 8 alum, Shawn brings bold flavor, open-fire cooking, and a deep love of local ingredients to this limited-capacity evening at Bosma Estate Winery.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Bosma’s estate-grown small-batch wines, bringing together seasonal ingredients, memorable pairings, and warm hospitality in the heart of wine country.
Guests will dine outdoors beside the vineyard, with a beautiful wine country backdrop for the evening.

Check-in & Welcome: 5:30 PM
Enjoy early access to select Bosma wines, including special library wine pours.
Dinner: 6:00–8:00 PM
A seated, four-course vineyard dinner with Bosma wine pairings.
Guests are encouraged to bring a light jacket, as temperatures may cool after sunset.

Course 1 - “Cold Fire” - Elk carpaccio, black tea-verjus granita,
arugula, extra virgin olive oil, shaved grana padano,
cracked black pepper, black volcanic salt
Course 2 - “River & Smoke” - Alder-grilled steelhead, smoked leek
soubise, sorrel & parsley oil, charred lemon, trout roe
Course 3 - “A Wood-Fired Sunset” - Wood-fired picanha, celery
root & yukon gold puree, wilted bitter greens, red
wine jus, tallow whipped cream
Course 4 - “Quiet Grove” - Roasted pear pave’, brown
butter crème légère, pear brandy gelée, toasted hazelnut
crumble, sea salt

$195/person* includes dinner + wine pairings (Founders Club members receive 20% off first two tickets)
